The room booked in the app did not match the one given when we arrived at the location (the room photo in the app did not match). The blanket had to be requested first before it was given. The room was not very clean and the bed was torn."

Lack of attention to cleanliness.. the room key was broken so it couldn't be locked.. even the person next door entered the wrong room and entered my room.. when I sleep at night I block the door with a chair because I'm afraid someone will come in.

The location and room are good, but please provide towels in the bathroom and add a water heater for better service 🙏

The room is comfortable, the view is good but unfortunately the TV doesn't work, & there are no toiletries available.
