Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, especially the area under the bed and on the TV table which is dusty.

The hallway is dark and scary, the elevator is quiet, and it turns out that this is a location that is in a mall that is no longer operating, aka the mall is dead, so the location is secluded. Then the bedrooms are really smelly and the balcony can't be opened. The bathroom is dirty, there are small animals, it's really bad, I've been here for a few times.

There are many floors but only 1 lift is functioning (from the RedDoorz reception).

The room is nice, definitely worth it to book again next time. The service is also friendly.

The cleanliness is good, but unfortunately the AC needs maintenance because it's not cold enough.

Resepsionis ok jam 6 pagi, kamar oke, air panas ada, handuk ada, AC dingin. All good.

Room wifi is not available, bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste & toothbrush are not available, there is no hot water & the water smells.

Just normal, nothing special. According to the price.

The place is clean & comfortable, the AC is cold, it's just that no soap is provided.
