Nice place. Service ok. Comfort room.

The floor was dirty, very dusty, as if it had never been cleaned. The AC also seemed dirty because it made a heavy noise. The soap seemed to be mixed with water because it was runny. It was really difficult if you brought a car because there was no parking, you had to use the valet, in a busy location. Hotel slippers had to be requested first. The toilet and bathroom were separate but very far apart. Not next to each other.

The room was aesthetically pleasing and quite spacious. There were a few issues during our stay: the room wasn't soundproof, so conversations could be heard in the neighboring rooms. Breakfast service wasn't great, starting at 8 a.m. (it's a la carte, not a buffet). Otherwise, it was fine, and it's quite close to town. Thank you.

Absolutely satisfied! The service and staff are incredibly friendly! It's so close to everywhere, I ended up staying here for two days, hehe.

Clean room, clean bathroom, really good service! All the staff are friendly, the staff and security guards are all quick to respond when asked for help, very, very satisfied! 🥰

The location is good, but the area is congested. And also the hotel is very noisy at 1 am, the hotel cleaning service is mopping at 1 am and super duper noisy. It's very uncomfortable. And the window curtains are also not light-absorbing, so it's very dazzling

The room was downgraded and there were no other options and no refunds because we arrived on the same day and at night.

The room is old and dirty, but the staff is very helpful and friendly, and I wonder if it's just my room or what, at night and in the morning there was a knock on the door, but when I checked, there was no one, not even once or twice... but the staff is very kind and helpful.. btw there is no parking space but free valet

The service is really okay with affordable prices. I swear the valley service is very helpful. The staff named Burhan also often helps us valley back and forth and is very friendly. Cool

Highly recommended for those who want to stay near Seminyak but are looking for a low budget accommodation, very comfortable, the amenities are very complete, don't ask, I like the interior design of the room the most! When I entered the room, I couldn't believe that a hotel like this costs 300 thousand + 😌

I went there to celebrate my birthday from Saturday night until I checked out on Wednesday and I received a warm welcome from Yuda the receptionist. I also received a surprise birthday when I walked into my room with some birthday decoration and I lovely note from the hotel staff. Everything was simply beautiful and well put together. The interior design of the room was amazing. The room is spacious and has some soundproof although I could still hear every sound from the room that was next to me and also the rooftop bar. The place is worth the price. I would definitely come back again.

Room 305 the AC is not so cold. Stayed here for 2 days, 1 day asked to move because the AC was not cold. Even the excuse was just to fix it. And then after cleaning it, it was the same, not cold. Then there is no car park and a good lobby. The lobby is mixed with a cafe and bar. For parking there is a valet which is quite good. The others are safe. The room is clean, aesthetic and the water is strong and the shower is smooth. The building is good and aesthetic

On my last day the staff partying so loud on the rooftop bar and I couldn’t sleep. After I inform the staff nothing change. But overall the hotel is good. I hope the management can improve from this matter.

The variety of food is actually enough, but it is based on choice and you can only have 1 food and 1 drink, but it is quite good.

This is an extended book due to some reason, and I have written my review on previous post, but a quite good thing is the receptionist asked about is there something uncomfortable because I checked out on night, not on the next day, which this still show some care to the customer.

The hotel staff is very friendly, there was a problem because the room's AC suddenly didn't work, and they immediately looked for an empty room to move to so that we could still rest comfortably 🫶🏻

Stayed 2 nights in a suite room, unfortunately got a bad room. The first night the AC leaked and the floor was really muddy like a water tap :(((( you can see it in the photo, the next day asked to move rooms, but they said the AC would be fixed by the technician and stayed in the same room. The second night it turned out the AC was still leaking, this time in 2 places, on the floor and the table (we put food on the table and didn't take a photo, so we couldn't eat anymore because it got hit by the AC leak), finally because we were too tired, we didn't turn on the AC and continued to rest. Woke up at 4 am, the electricity was out, the lights were off. I complained 3 times back and forth to the FO but no one came to the room. Finally I was given a room change after my husband complained first, but downgraded to a regular room, it was really a shame.
