There was a problem with the restaurant, which had moved to the lower floor. The food was served very slowly. Upon inquiry, the staff informed me that there was only one chef. It took almost two hours to eat, which disrupted our schedule. This was despite there being fewer than seven guests in our party. Please consider improving this situation. Otherwise, it will be a shame for this hotel, considered a top choice for Bangkok guests. I hope management will take this into consideration.

I stayed at Red Crocodile. Room B310 was dirty, full of dust, with lots of cobwebs on the ceiling and flies flying around.

Clean, quiet at night, very relaxing and I slept very well. I always stay here when I'm in the area. There's a 7-Eleven next door, which is convenient.

The water should be improved. The water flow is very slow. Cat pee is stronger.

The whole room was dusty, whether it was the bathroom, the floor, or the bar counter. There were bits of hair mixed with dust on the floor and between the beds. Most importantly, there were ants crawling all over the pillows (and they were bitten by ants too). It was as if the room wasn't cleaned before guests checked in. And while eating breakfast, the staff serving the room was standing there stretching and talking loudly in front of the guests.

The room was clean. The facilities in the room and the hotel were complete. There was an iron and ironing board, a work desk, a TV, a refrigerator, everything was complete. But the Chinese people in the next room were very noisy. They were noisy from morning until late morning. Opening and closing the door was loud. They talked very loudly. The walls of the hotel room were quite thin. The sound of cars and conversations from outside on the street was loud in the room. It was a very tiring rest.
