Very friendly, very clean, cold AC, TV on.

The room smelled of new paint, the TV was broken and couldn't be used. There are no manual stairs, no lift, which is not recommended for older people, the room door is not safe and there is no receptionist on standby. You have to go out to the hotel, aka 5 shops from the hotel.

I chose the hotel mainly for the strategic location near Kuala Lumpur sentral station. The Little India neighborhood could be too lively (or noisy) for those who preferred quiet and serene surrounding. The deluxe room was generally clean with a bathroom inside and hot water installation. We also got the room with a window to view the bustling street outside. The television, however, was broken. I cannot complain too much for the price paid. Beware of the stairs for those who have big luggages. Moreover, the hotel check-in system was a little confusing because you need to go to another nearby hotel. Nevertheless, all the staffs were helpful and the receptionist hotline was pretty responsive as well.

The Little India area is almost 1km from NU Sentral, if you can't walk it's okay, a single room at this price is really worth it, the bathroom is inside, you can get coffee tea, there's a water heater too

I enjoy and am happy to be able to stop and spend the night here.

Need to improve the service and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Ketika datang kemudian cek in ternyata check innya beda gedung atau di hotel lain, prosesnya cukup lama, menunggu sampe 1/2 jam-an & buang buang waktu, sedangkan saat itu kondisi sudah capek, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa di tutup, tetap terbuka, kamar lumayan.

Kamarnya kotor, banyak kutu kasur, badan saya gatal-gatal semua karena kutu kasur.
