Overall, it was okay. However, when I wanted to swim, the pool was completely full. It seemed like this facility was heavily utilized by Ibis guests, so I only went for a short swim. It was a bit crowded. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fridge, so I could store the Ximilu drinks I bought from Pavilion. Breakfast was delicious; I liked the chicken porridge and sweet porridge. Parking was secure.

Overall okay, but the staff at the reception was a bit unfriendly. When booking for 2 rooms, they couldn't share the same floor, they always had an excuse, and then they told me to wait if I wanted the same floor. When asked how long it would take, they didn't know. It was strange, all the rooms should have been ready, especially since I checked in past 2 am. Don't be rude to guests, their response was also curt, they didn't even say sorry. It's a shame because the rooms and facilities are really good. Hopefully they can improve.

The hotel location is the winner as it is a short distance ride to everywhere and having the Central Pavilion next door is handy. First thing I noticed when we arrived on our floor and room is this old rag smell. Can smell it more when the aircon isn't on or after cleaning. The smell gone after a while. The room is clean enough although I killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom on first day. The towels can be replaced with new ones as it's getting old so is the pillows. Only big towels, no hand or face towels. It's basic IBIS. The breakfast is just ok. One weekday morning they run out of eggs. Tip: book larger size room as this is still smaller than average size. Would I stay here again, maybe not. Specially after a small incident that I won't elaborate in here.

While staying at other hotels, here the check-in time is really long, waiting for more than 1 hour, if not approached or not called, not very efficient at check-in. For food there are not too many choices but the fried rice is delicious👌🏻. The pool area is okay, suitable for bringing children. Suitable if you want CFN and CFD, just walk

In terms of location, it's very accessible, making it easy to get anywhere in Palembang. In terms of service and facilities, the staff are friendly and helpful. Room comfort is quite good. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness. Please pay more attention to it, as I found five baby cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Overall, it's good.
