The route to the location has three extreme inclines. Automatic cars can't get a running start... oh well... no way up. But there's a solution: if you report it, staff will help you get your car to the designated area.

Advantages: Friendly staff service. The service at the cloud cafe is also friendly. The place (camp), the first impression is impressive. The place is clean and tidy from the room to the toilet. Oh yes, the toilet also smells good 👍. But for fertile people (gemoy-nya +++) when taking a shower it will feel cramped in the shower area. The garden area is clean and well maintained. But every advantage must have its disadvantages. Disadvantages: I was in the comfort cabin in C7, the Wi-Fi in the room (room & toilet) was very bad. It has been recommended that for good Wi-Fi access it must be in the terrace area (but more precisely the garden area). I tested the speed both up & down each in the range of 0.2 to 0.6 Mbps (inside). On the terrace, the Wi-Fi speed was 11 12 like inside. If friends get this room, just ask for a room change. But for example, if there are no more rooms, well, if you want to use smooth Wi-Fi, you can go to the front of the garden area or to the cloud cafe. In the cloud cafe I tested the speed several times in the range of 67.8 to 82.6 Mbps. Oh yes, this is for the glass door to the toilet area if you want to close it tightly it must be locked (but even if it is locked a little push with 1 finger it will still open), because if it is closed normally (without being locked) it will open again and again. I see the cause is in the hole where the lock enters the door frame is not right (too high). So the glass door when closed normally always opens. Then the main front door must be locked twice (to be safe), because if it is only locked once it can still be opened from the inside or from the outside (with a little force pulling / pushing). Remember, friends, if you get a C7 cabin, lock it twice. Suggestions for management: 1. Wi-Fi in C7 or every cabin should use / install a wired router (LAN) do not use a wireless router. 2. The main door (front) of cabin C7 has a locking problem and should be repaired a little (because there are marks on the door frame). 3. The glass door (entering the toilet area) is not very visible but it should be repaired too.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room. Please fix this. So, in a quiet room, there's no cell phone signal either.

Very good, comfortable, cold, cool, the katsu fried rice is DELICIOUS hehe, the only thing is that the road is extremely expensive but it's worth it, the Wi-Fi network seems to need to be fixed because it doesn't work at all in the room, but it works fine in the cafe.

The staff was very friendly, and the service was really good. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean, but when I was about to take a shower and leave, the water heater suddenly stopped heating. The cafe also needs to re-design its menu. Honestly, the food was all delicious.

The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, the office staff explains things in detail and is very easy to understand. The room smells good, the toilet is spacious, the place and environment are comfortable. The food is also delicious. Nasi goreng sambal matah 9/10, milkshake mango 8.5/10, lemongrass honey tea 8/10, for the grill package 8/10, coffee latte vanilla 9/10, cassava Thailand 9.5/10.

The atmosphere of the inn is pleasant and cool, very comfortable. The room smells a bit woody, but perhaps adding some freshener would make it more comfortable.

Even though my children are already in college, this place is like a honeymoon, quiet, peaceful, the sound of the wind from the bamboo trees makes it comfortable, time feels long, thank you.

The road access is adrenaline-pumping, but once you arrive, it's totally worth it!! The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the food & drinks are delicious, and the camping area is Instagrammable. Best❤️

It was fun and enjoyable while we were there. I didn't expect Netflix. It was very helpful as an alternative entertainment during the heavy rain from afternoon to evening. Nice!!

from the service, cleanliness, view, everything is the best.. to bring children, there is not enough play area.. it's just a shame that the cafe only opens until 9, and for the food, in my opinion, the taste is standard for the price..

The asphalt road is good, the track is uphill several times, it's quite good. but you still have to be careful. The tourist area is full of nice plants and is well maintained ala hobits, the view is thumbs up, there is a complete cafe, towels, soap, electric kettle, glasses, the castle has 2 beds on the upper and lower floors. the rule is 1 o'clock but we arrived at 8 o'clock co 12 o'clock, so the calculation is 1 day not satisfied. try if you can be flexible but if you can't, next time if you get lucky again.

very impressive from the security to the receptionist, everyone is friendly, I swear it's very comfortable but the road is quite challenging, ehehe staying for a day is not enough.. hopefully there will be good fortune again so I can stay here, continue to be successful camp de katarina ❤️❤️

clean and quiet suitable for healing with a partner. the price of standard food tastes quite good. the downside is the road there is very high if the vehicle is not fit don't go there. the barbecue is a bit salty totaling 200 thousand. the wifi often disappears but the staff is quick if we have a problem they come straight away and fix it. there are no children's toys only a fish pond and swings so the little ones bring their own toys. the mountain view is nice. will come here again if there is time and fortune

got cabin no 5 clean room fragrant pillow sheets, clean comfortable bathroom, breakfast choices are only fried rice and fried noodles but it tastes good. safe 2-wheeled travel make sure the vehicle is in prime condition a very memorable staycation experience pampered with calming views & serene atmosphere all the staff are super friendly, thank you all

Highly recommended staycation place. Cabin is suitable for honeymooners. Castle is suitable for families. There is a cafe & restaurant with delicious food and the price is still worth it for a resort class. Especially with the view during the day and the cold air at night when hanging out and having dinner at this cafe. For the room, there is no doubt, super cozy and clean. The room facilities are also okay, there is tea, coffee, water heater, and snacks. The water heater is hot, suitable for those who like to take a warm bath. Maybe, there are only a few shortcomings. The access road to this place is quite far from the main road with a fairly extreme uphill track. There is no signal at all, here visitors rely on hotel wifi. TV is very dependent on wifi, there is no antenna or cable TV. Overall, this place is suitable for those of you who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Puncak, without having to rent a large villa at an expensive cost. Very suitable for Jakarta residents who have limited vacation time but still want to vacation with their partner or family.
