Hotel staff are unfriendly, speak in a high tone

The room is clean, the location is strategically close to Halim Perdana Kusuma airport, the facilities are as described, the blanket is thin but overall comfortable.

The staff is not very friendly, previously often stayed here but the room air conditioner was hot. When we asked please choose a room with proper air conditioning tonight, because previously every time we stayed the air conditioner was hot, but the response was not pleasant and informed that if you order via Traveloka you cannot choose the room as desired. Hopefully in the future the staff will be friendlier and respond to problems well. Thank you, always be successful.
