Great hotel all round. Lovely reception staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very well equipped. Great showers. Had a great night's sleep. The bar staff and the staff who run the breakfast are also really helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

the room are specious ,kleen , looks as if refurbished recently, the only problem we have the central heating wast working and the weather that night was very cold ,but when we called the receptionist was very helpful offered us either the maintenance will come and check it or move use us to another room which we did ,staff are helpful and the breakfast was good , car park was reasonable £15 pounds for 24 hours park

Breakfast staff were excellent as My Wife has coeliac disease. They couldn’t do enough. They prepared a fresh breakfast for My Wife.

They took a deposit of 50 pounds at the time of check in, which was not stated anywhere on the website, and it still has not been returned. I needed to take full pictures and video before and after to protect my rights. I would never stay in this hotel again. The soap bottle was empty and I had to call them to replace it, which shows no one checked the room properly. I was also bitten by a strange insect in the bathtub. The kettle was extremely dirty and covered with salt deposits. Overall, the stay was far too expensive for the service I received. I have stayed in Hilton hotels many times in different areas, but this one was below zero.

Room great, bed comfy breakfast lovely. Pillows way too soft and tv channels very limited!

My room spotless the attention to detail, the friendliest staff a real passion to serve and chat, nothing was to much trouble, my heart has to say breakfast team was the winners hands down, the cleaner went above and beyond also which topped everything reception called lots for various help and they found a solution

Our stay at the Double Tree Hilton exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean. We enjoyed a drink in the well stocked bar. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for a friends birthday party nearby. Room clean & spacious - bed comfortable. Hotel quiet. Did not try breakfast. Would recommend.

Breakfast was disappointing sausages/bacon overdone and very greasy. Had planned on ordering a cocktail when we returned from dinner before returning to room but the Barman told us that the equipment was being washed currently so he couldn’t do them he came back with if we wanted to wait until the next person started in 20 mins we could have a cocktail. We just headed back to our room at this point but very disappointed with his level of customer service.
