At first I stayed on the 3rd floor but it couldn't be locked from the inside, there was no soap or towels but the AC was cold, the bathroom didn't smell, then I moved to the 2nd floor, the bathroom smelled, the AC wasn't cold, I waited for an hour, in the end I didn't stay there

Drinking water is not provided, the reason is it ran out. Bath soap is not refilled.
