1. The shower head isn't strong enough. 2. There are still spider webs in the corners of the bedroom ceiling that haven't been cleaned. 3. The toilet seat cover is broken.

Based on my family and I's experience staying one night at the WISMA JAYA Inn in January 2026, the accommodation was old, with many of the facilities broken, the air conditioning noisy and dirty, the bed smelly and flat, and the room lights dim. That's our experience of staying here. The price was a bit high, but not worth it.

Friendly and competent front desk. The location is in the middle of the city, so it's easy to go to entertainment venues. The rooms do need a touch of renovation, it's okay to donate 😅 There is hot water, cold AC, only there are no toiletries, no breakfast either. Overall good.

There is no hot shower, they said it was dead. The wifi also doesn't reach the room, it can only be accessed in the room in front of the receptionist. The AC remote also doesn't work. Overall, with a fairly decent budget for a hotel, it's a bit disappointing

Katanya cek in batas jam 12 mlam sesuai di note, jadi yang mau booking dari jauh hati-hati ya, jangan sampai lewat jam 12mlm cek in nya. Harusnya yang nama hotel harus siap 24jam. Jadi tdi malam saya harus rela kehilangan uang bookingan
