Good staff, the receptionist helps us carry our luggage until the room. There is also a fan provided in the room. Just the television seems to be abnormally functioned, keep on changing the channel even we are not changing it. It is quite annoying because we keep on needing to change to our channel again and again and again. The amenities are good, no water heater, just a thermos there, we need to take the hot water outside the room. The cafe is good even not much menus during breakfast, but the taste is good. The scenery also very good I love it. Location wise also.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Springhill Resort in the Family Studio Room 203A. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for our family. Our kids absolutely loved it. The location is great—near the town, yet still peaceful and secluded. One lovely touch was being able to hear the azan from the nearby mosque, which gave a very calming and spiritual atmosphere. Breakfast was simple and basic, but more than sufficient for us. There was no electric kettle in the room, but they provided a hot and cold water dispenser outside (similar to a Cuckoo machine), and a flask was prepared in the room for our convenience. We found this quite thoughtful. Our room also came with a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, which was perfect for sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air, and relaxing. Overall, it was a very good stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We will definitely come again next time and hope to have the same great experience.

5 Star, very satisfied with the service and cleanliness maintained. Only my room on the ground floor was the end room with slow internet.
