I like this hotel location, strategic location for going shopping, culinary, not too noisy and busy

It is quite cheap for a hotel near the city center. We can walk to anywhere we want. The staff are really friendly. There is a minimarket on the basement. Unfortunately, the studio single room has no ventilation. Overall, it's good though!

Staying at Zasgo Hotel was a surprisingly enjoyable experience during my trip to Labuan Bajo. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and made me feel at home. Ambiance/Facilities: This hotel has a calm, clean, and modern atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, and spacious enough to rest after a day of exploring. The facilities are also complete and well-maintained, so nothing is complicated. Food: Breakfast is quite varied and tastes good. Perfect for refueling before continuing the day's activities, especially if you want to go sailing or sightseeing. Staff Assistance: The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the start, they are fast to respond and always ready to help if you need anything—making you feel very welcome. Highlights: The most impressive thing is the overall comfortable and practical experience. It is very suitable for those who want a drama-free stay and still close to many spots. Price: I think it is worth it for the price paid. You get comfort, good service, and a great location. Location: The location is quite strategic, close to the city center and several eateries and sightseeing spots. It is very good for exploring without having to go far.

Beautiful rooftop with a view of Labuan Bajo sunset. On the ground floor there is a complex supermarket, pharmacy store, and nice souvenir shop. Very close to airport.

For this room the size is spacious, but the price is too high

The Studio Single room is very small, for that price you should get a bigger one, and at night you can smell the bathroom.

Looking forward to coming back and staying again in Zasgo

The hotel is strategically located, easy to find, and connected to a supermarket and restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and surroundings are clean and comfortable. However, this hotel is very strict about limiting the number of people per room. We've never experienced this kind of treatment at other hotels like Zasgo. Hopefully, this will be more considered.

The hotel is in the city center, with a supermarket downstairs, so if you forget something, you can buy it downstairs. The room is spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast on the 7th floor offers a stunning ocean view. We left something in our room, but the hotel staff told us via WhatsApp and reminded us to pick it up. It was awesome 🫰

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the price is quite affordable, and the location is strategically close to the city. However, the cleanliness of the sheets and mattress could be improved, as after staying there were many bed bug bites.

What a wonderful stay! Zasgo Hotel truly knows how to warmly welcome guests. The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a genuine smile, making me feel right at home even though I was so far away in the eastern tip of Indonesia. The room was very comfortable, the bed was soft (important after a day of island hopping!), and the breakfast was delicious with just the right variety. Thank you, Zasgo, for being a part of my Labuan Bajo travel story. I will definitely be back!

The AC kept dripping water, finally it was fixed

The Wi-Fi needs improvement; it's not yet optimal, and some areas, like the rooms near the end of the restroom, are blocked by Wi-Fi, resulting in intermittent connection. Breakfast, while not particularly varied, was quite tasty. The only downside was the kitchen staff, who took a long time to serve eggs and seemed flustered when there were a lot of orders, often leaving them unserved and forgetting.
