I got a really spacious room. The staff was great and friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Being in the city center makes it easy to access all locations.

HABITARE Jakarta has always been one of my preferred places to stay, and I’ve chosen it many times in the past. I truly appreciate the concept and the view, which I understand is part of the overall value offered. During my most recent stay, however, I noticed a few areas that could be improved. After a long-haul flight, I found the room could have been cleaner, and there was a slight odor. Some in-room facilities were not functioning as expected, and certain areas, including the bathroom and interior, seem to be showing signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. The water pressure in the bathroom was also not ideal, and the kitchen sink was not working properly. I last stayed here in November 2025, and during this visit on April 6, 2026, I felt there had been a noticeable decline. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it can help maintain the quality that guests have come to expect. Breakfast was nicely presented, and the menu selection was good, though the taste could be further improved to match the overall presentation. On a positive note, the staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful, which I sincerely appreciate.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary here, it was fun and memorable because we got a room with a view as requested, the food was delicious, the swimming pool was very spacious and there was a shallow pool which was also suitable for children, my child was very happy swimming in the pool and in the jacuzzi, the room was very spacious, the amenities were complete, there was a mini playground and children's activities too, yesterday we got someone to paint, the receptionist when we checked in was grumpy maybe she was in a bad mood, when we checked out with a different receptionist she was very friendly, next time I want to stay here again because not only my husband and I were happy but my child was also very happy.

The staff was very friendly. However, the access to the room (lift/elevator) was only one. We had to wait longer than usual. But overall, habitare is a good choice for your staycation.

Check-in was easy, assisted by Ms. Desi. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient and quiet. The room, although old, was comfortable, bright, and clean. The Wi-Fi connection to the main room was slow. I booked room 2 because I was bringing my family.

The apartment is cool, fully equipped, perfect for families, and the location and access are excellent. Overall, I give it a 90 rating for a staycation here.

It's nice, the water dispenser isn't hot. Laundry is free, but you have to bring your own detergent.

Always a comfortable stay here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are easy. The breakfast is delicious. The location is strategic, and it's right next to Plaza Festival, so if you want to grab a bite to eat, you can just walk there.
