The hotel is very nice and clean. It's located in the center of Kanchanaburi and very close to the train station. Opposite the train station is the night market. Although the street is a bit dark at night, the night market is very lively and brightly lit. The food at the market is delicious and incredibly cheap.

New hotel other side the train station, very clean because still new, should be perfect BUT the reception ruins all positif things from this place, no one at the reception around 6pm (its 6pm, not midnight or very early morning!), wait for almost 1 hour before he came, knocked the door and ring the bells dozens time, we are tired after a long way from Hat Yai by train, please. And when check out not allowed to left luggage until our van left at 4pm, so we must bring our backpacks when check out at 9am, luckyly we can left it at motorbike rental where we rent the motorbike the day before. Please change your rules and manner if you still want in this hospitality business, we love and enjoy kanchanaburi so much, this hotel is the the dark spots for this lovely city.
