The cleanliness is poor, the bathroom door is broken, and the balcony door is also broken. Usually there's a welcome drink. Only one towel.

When I entered the room, the bedroom was so dirty and smelly. In the bed there are some little cockroaches and the bed sheet is so smelly and dusty like it hasn't been changed for a while. We requested to change the room but they said there is no available room. Instead of doing deep cleaning, the owner just send us broom and dustpan. The bathroom itself so smelly, i almost throw up when first entered. I'm hoping to get some compensation, because I think this is the worst experience I've ever had when it comes renting room using Traveloka!

Very disappointing and not recommended! Dirty room, humid air, smelly bedroom, dirty sheets, torn wallpaper, peeling wardrobe walls, lots of small worms in the bathroom. I arrived at 22:45 at night. The first room provided was very different from the one listed on Traveloka. The air was very humid, the condition of all the rooms was dirty and smelly, dirty sheets, peeling wallpaper. Very unsuitable for rent. I complained why the condition of the room did not match the picture of the room I ordered. And I asked to change rooms and be provided with a clean one. The reason for the unit provider: each room has different contents, different furniture. Finally given another room, but the second one was just as dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The sheets and pillows were dirty and had stains, as if they had never been changed. I didn't dare to take a shower because there were lots of worms in the bathroom water. Had to open the balcony door for hours to get rid of the smell of the room a little. I was too lazy to ask for a change of room again because it was already night and I had to rest. I will never book here again. What a loss.

It was very bad. The room key was told to get it yourself in the locker. It wasn't delivered to the room. There were no towels. The room was very dirty. Very disappointed because there were people like thugs breaking on the room door.

Staycation for me time, the story is I wanted to have me time with a city light view in an apartment but unfortunately I got a unit that was not good, the bed sheets were dirty, the blanket was dirty so I was sad, plus the parking price was really expensive, I stayed there for one night from 7, went out to find food once and checked in at 11, total 23k, just parking, hopefully in the future the parking price specifically for those who check in normally will be different from those who just check in so the price doesn't explode too much 🙏.
