Sebenarnya tempat tersebut belum layak dijual ke tamu. TV di dalam kamar sama sekali tidak ada signalnya, AC pun tidak dingin. Tidak ada room boy, tidak ada petugas security sehingga tamu harus bersabar dengan suara berisik dari tamu-tamu lain yang bercanda dengan suara keras sambil bermain gitar di koridor kamar. Tidak ada house keeping. Sulit mendapatkan tempat makan bagi tamu. Bahkan hanya untuk mencari secangkir kopi tamu harus berjalan kaki jauh mencari warkop. Tempat itu bukan hotel, itu lebih tepat disebut Indekost Harian. Sangat mengecewakan.
