The location is excellent, the hotel is right next to the BTS, making travel very convenient. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with amenities. The staff are friendly, polite, and provide excellent service. However, I would like to see some improvements, such as adding a small trash can in the room and more tissue paper.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and all amenities were provided. There's also a swimming pool. The staff provided excellent service. I was very impressed and will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity. There's a cafe in front of the property, but unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning and didn't get a chance to visit.

Suggestions for improvement: -Ideally, two key cards (one for the room and one to carry outside for short errands). -A small trash can in the room. -A small chair for relaxing. -Tissue paper for cleaning the room.

There's an event that prevents us from using the swimming pool.

Pros: - Very convenient location near the BTS. - Friendly staff. Cons: - The bathroom smelled bad and had insects. - The room was not soundproof. - The placement of the bathroom mirror was confusing! You have to tilt your head to see the tiny mirror. - If you don't book directly through the hotel, other services aren't great, such as luggage storage after check-out which costs extra per hour/bag. **I needed to store my luggage because I was attending a seminar and couldn't take it with me.**

Very good location, convenient travel, new accommodation, but the room is a bit small and cramped. The entrance is next to a Thai massage shop. It 's easy to accidentally walk past it.
