Prices in different applications

The room didn't smell good, the toilet was smelly, the ID card was confiscated, when checking in they asked for more than the booked price, I asked for a refund but they said it couldn't be done, the sheets weren't changed, the room I was given didn't match the one in the photo.

There is no additional price for check-in on weekdays Monday-Thursday, check-in Friday-Sunday adds 25 thousand per day, the owner's reason is weekends, small rooms, AC, no mineral water, the location is very close to the city center, near Bung Hatta beach, not bad if you only want to sleep at a price of 127 thousand.

When I got there, I was asked to pay extra, the reason being that the price hadn't been updated 😂.

The owner is very unfriendly and incompetent in service. The owner arbitrarily raised the price and did not match the price in the application. The bathroom is dirty and unsuitable. TV and wifi are not available, trash cans and drinking water are also not available. Overall very disappointed. Btw, after checking on Google, it turns out that all the reviews from customers are negative.

The owner who lives in the main house doesn't seem to be serious about running this business, his son's receptionist seems reluctant to receive guests, his daughter puts on bed sheets, looks like she's really lazy about doing her job. There is no TV, no drinking water, no hangers or nails in the room to hang clothes. Check in had to be at 14.00 even though there were no other guests, our ID cards were held until check out. Squat toilet, shower with dipper and bucket. The good thing is that the AC is cold and the sheets are clean, just to rest before the trip the next morning.
