My stay here was extremely disappointing. It felt like dealing with a gang rather than a legitimate agent, which made me feel very unsafe. I was contacted from four different numbers, and they created an issue regarding the deposit as if they were trying to steal it. I refused to pay it to them. Most importantly, there was no internet or phone network coverage, leaving me completely isolated from the world. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in Indonesia, unlike my usual experiences.

Honestly, this apartment is clean and tidy, but the service is not good. From the start I was chatted with 3 different numbers just to request a deposit and was really chased then when I checked in I was asked for a photo of my ID card, I wanted to send it but in the apartment I rented there was no signal and no wifi but I was still chased for it. photo of KTP looks like I'm scared. Then this time I got a rental apartment and called and chased it with a different number. I told you to contact me using just 1 number but I still get contacted by various numbers. 1 more please practice saying thank you because after I was chased like a thief, and I had sent the deposit and photo of my ID card, the customer service only read the chat and didn't say thank you. BTW, there is no wifi and no signal here. There's also only 1 TV channel so it's really far from digital.
