The staff were super nice and enthusiastic; especially the security guards who took great care of guests, and the receptionists were warm and lovely. Next time I return to Thailand, I will definitely stay here! The only downside was that the shower water in my room was sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold, ugh. Otherwise, it was absolutely fantastic.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel was close to the BTS station, making transportation very convenient. I would definitely return if I travel to Thailand again.
