I booked a superior double. The bathroom was spacious, the room layout was good. While usually made long, here it was made sideways, with the bedroom next to the door. The plus and minus are related to the layout. The downside is that loud outside noise can be heard, but the plus is that it's not boring compared to other hotels. Room service was satisfactory, even personal items that weren't requested were folded and cleaned, including if the suitcase was open, it was folded and tidied up inside. I got a broken safe case/locker, which couldn't be used. Luckily I didn't bring any valuables, but this is something to note for guests who need it. The kettle didn't automatically turn off when it got hot. A big minus for a 4-star hotel. The pool is very attractive, with a nice view. Security seemed to be getting a salary for nothing, only opening and closing the door, not helping guests. My wife with a baby and a large suitcase really didn't help, just looked at. The parking area for this 4-star hotel is very limited. It's very small. Especially if the meeting room is fully booked and everyone brings cars, it's clearly not enough. Parking capacity doesn't seem to reach 50 cars. Breakfast is standard. I stayed here for three days. Almost everything on the menu is the same, except for the side dishes. One day it's stir-fried, the next day it's fried. Fried rice, porridge, and soto banjar are the same. Not much variety. The biggest plus is that this hotel is very strategic.
