Tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diiklankan di aplikasi. Kamar tidak ada tv, AC di fasilitas umum tidak ada, wifi tidak ada. Kamar mandi jorok sekali, kamar kotor dan jamur dimana-mana. Katanya bebas asap rokok tapi ternyata tidak. Channel tv di fasilitas umum hanya bisa 2 channel. Toilet kamar kotor sekali, bekas sabun, botol sabun, tamu sebelumnya tidak dibersihkan, lantai licin lumut atau ntah apa. Tidak akan kembali lagi ke tempat ini. Tempat ini tidak layak untuk disewakan sebagai penginapan.
