The two girls on duty on the morning of April 29 were enthusiastic, cheerful, and very cute. My family arrived at 6:30 a.m. to leave our luggage, then were assisted with early check-in at nearly 1 p.m. The rest of the girls were also enthusiastic, the room was clean and airy, and they gave us fruit and afternoon tea. I really like the Indochine style here. We will come back next time.

First time booking a room based on high reviews on the app and found it to be the right choice because the hotel really satisfied me, the staff was friendly. If I have the opportunity to come to Da Lat, I will definitely choose this place again.

The room is clean and new. The afternoon tea is delicious. But the soundproofing is a bit poor. I can hear the TV next door. The beds on the 3rd and 8th floors creak when I go up and down. When I first arrived, the staff gave me a room with a dead-end view, facing the house where dogs bark all night and it was very ugly. While I was 2 adults and 1 7-year-old child, but wanted comfort and a nice view, I booked a more expensive room. When I got there, I was disappointed. I called the hotel and they said they would change the room tomorrow because it was full now. I think the app should clearly show what room view and what view... the staff is fine too.

The hotel has a comfortable waiting room, a varied breakfast every day, and an underground swimming pool. The staff are cheerful, professional, and helpful when needed. The hotel is new, so the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I was lucky to stay in a room with a beautiful view, where I could watch the sunset and wild sunflowers.

should be more specific about whether the room has a balcony or not. Because it is written too generally as balcony/veranda, it leads to me as a customer when choosing a room thinking it has a balcony, but when I arrived to check in, there was only a window, not as on the website. It causes confusion and makes using the service not as comfortable as booked.

I've been here for the 5th time, staying 2-3 nights each time... Except for breakfast, although the drinks change daily, the food is delicious, like other hotels, the dishes are basic, if you eat them all the time you will get bored, I think the hot and cold dishes should be increased to 2 more options... For example, meatball sandwiches... The hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic... There is a place to park cars, motorbikes for rent, especially the warm water swimming pool is suitable for children... The garden below is beautiful but not yet fully utilized... Need to add more lights, flowers, and chairs. Also, adjust the solar lights plugged into the ground to be more reasonable. In general, I recommend everyone to try staying there....

Our family had a 4 day and 3 night experience here. Our first impression is that the hotel is small but beautiful, new and clean. However, it's a bit farther from the center than I thought. Advantages: spacious room, friendly staff, warm swimming pool, breakfast buffet with few dishes but just right. There is free tea bread from 2pm to 4pm. Cons: Toitet is too small, so small that if you don't open the bathroom door carefully, you will hit your foot. Perhaps the architect did not take this into account when designing. My room has a valley view, which is said to be the most beautiful view, but in the rainy season, the flowers are all dry and slippery, which is a bit of a shame. I can still return to the hotel next time.
