Good for transit, not far from the airport

It's very near with the airport and walking distance.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick.

I left my shoes at the hotel after checking out. When I called to inquire, the response was excellent: they were still in storage, and the hotel was willing to send them back.

The location is very strategic within the airport. Perfect for those in transit or with early morning flights. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient.

This hotel's only advantage lies in its location. I made a mistake booking on the day after because I was in a rush to book on the day itself. The app defaulted to booking past check-in hours, but the next day was the default. Luckily, the staff was able to help me reschedule. The only improvement lies in the room's condition. It was clean, but my three concerns concern the bathroom, toilet, and sink. Bathroom: The glass didn't have a lock, and there was a hole to open and close the glass, and the sandblasting was very thin. This is fine if you're staying alone or with a partner. My experience was that I was staying with my younger sibling, so when one of us took a shower, the other had to leave the room, which was very uncomfortable. The shower also leaked. Toilet: The door wouldn't close completely, so we had to use a chair to prop ourselves up. Sink: The faucet was a bit awkward because it was positioned above the water outlet. This was inconvenient for things like washing your face or rinsing your mouth; it was too far away and your head would get hit by the faucet. Perhaps a glass for rinsing your mouth would be a good idea. If I didn't have an early flight, honestly I wouldn't have stayed here, it's not worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. Almost a sure repeat if we travel to Surabaya.

Staying at this hotel meant I didn't have to worry about being late for an early morning flight. The breakfast was quite tasty, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the bed I had in room 238 wasn't very clean.
