The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the toilets often smelled foul from the sewage system. The equipment in the rooms was old and loose. Because the hotel's design is white, the walls were a bit dirty. Overall, it was acceptable.

The accommodation was good even though I only stayed one night; the room was spacious and clean, perfect for families on a relaxing vacation who don't mind traveling a bit further.

I've been to Da Lat many times, and this is the first time I've felt the accommodation was so unworthy. Firstly, the hotel looked new from the outside, but the bathroom was terrible. The bedsheets were dirty, the toilet floor was leaking water everywhere, and the toilet flush was broken. Secondly, the receptionist was very strange and handled the situation poorly, speaking to customers as if giving orders. I don't understand why, because in my opinion, people in Da Lat are very lovely and gentle.

The staffs are very friendly and nice services. They also provide some services that are not in the list; you need to ask the staffs for what you're looking for. A great experience.

Toilet: Dirty, unscrupulous walls, full of mites, broken faucet. Floor: Filthy, as if no one cleaned it. Bed: Sheets, pillows, and blankets the color of gruel, as if they hadn't been changed. No refrigerator. Far from the city center. Terrible soundproofing; you can hear everything people are saying and doing outside at night. No refrigerator. Staff knocked on the door to check out before noon. Old and worn-out items. Stained sink. Toilet water is intermittent, sometimes working, sometimes not! The toilet faucet is unusable, so they shut it off to prevent guests from using it. Parking lot is a mess, difficult to get in and out. Worst experience ever.

The picture looks new, but the outside room is old and moldy. The bed is very dirty and smelly. I can't sleep because I'm itchy.

Clean home, lots of green space, has fireplace suitable for groups, will come back.
