The call center and baggage handling were terrible, unhelpful from morning to night shifts.

Breakfast was decent. Plenty of pastries. The location is great, but a little far from the pedestrian street. However, the view is absolutely stunning. The room is very nice and spacious.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Saigon and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is modern, fresh and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the view of the river was excellent. The location in D1 is close to everything you need. I will stay here again next time I am in Saigon.

I am from Saigon and came here for a change of pace. My room was over 10 million VND/night. I found Disadvantages: - The receptionist named Vy is not friendly, has a bad attitude towards customers, seems to value foreign guests and look down on Vietnamese guests - The breakfast buffet has few dishes (missing many dishes in 5-star hotels), the decoration is sparse and not eye-catching - The TV does not have YouTube, Netflix Advantages: - New hotel, new and clean interior, nice view - The staff at the restaurant are cute, take care of guests ok I will not return to this hotel because I am very upset with the receptionist's attitude

The only downside is that the toilet doesn't have a bidet spray :(( But if I would support it again, I definitely would! Worth every penny! TV has no netflix or youtube, food spaghetti with clams is very bland, orange juice is bitter.

The TV in the room was broken. I had to wait for maintenance to fix it for quite a while. I booked breakfast. The food was bad and hard to eat. When I went out to watch the parade, the receptionist did not open the door. Two people stood talking to each other near the door but did not open it for the guests.

Never been to a 5-star hotel in a suite room as bad as Hilton Saigon, the receptionist has a bad attitude towards customers, late check-in and no apology to customers, in addition all other departments are very helpful to guests, especially the restaurant always handles customer requests 24/7

Spacious bedroom, delicious breakfast, and strategically located at the city center. My room was on the 24th floor with a river view, it was really beautiful. Apparently, this is a brand new hotel, so the interior design is modern and bright. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.
