The staffs are all friendly and warming. If u don't book suite/VIP room, there will be no laundry bag in your room. I asked for simple anniversary setup since i stayed there for my anniversary via email and they said okay. But when I arrived, to no avail. The said they mistakenly setup at the wrong room. Think i better stay at the beach front resort like camar/ombak villa they are about the same price.

The buffet breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, delicious, and the menu changed daily, so tidak bosan! The kids' room was a plus point, simple but great for little ones to enjoy indoor playtime. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with comfortable loungers.
