Be aware ya musti dibaca reviewnya. Ini penjaganya pemerasan. Yang di book yang ac di kasih kamar kipas. Itupun kalau kipas suruh nambah 50k kalau ac 100k. Ini permainan kaya gini udah mirip pemerasan. Alasannya per 1 Desember udah ga tersedia lagi kamar yang sesuai harga traveloka. Lah ini pas lihat review taunya udah dari kapan bulan. Kasian banget yang punya guest house punya pegawai nyambi jadi penipu.

Saya mau check in kata pihak dari pihak hotel tidak bisa, karena sudah tutup dan saya mau refund juga nggak bisa terpaksa uang saya hangus, pengalaman buruk dan sangat sangat buruk, sangat merugikan pengunjung.

Di aplikasi pesen yang AC, waktu di tempat malah di kasih yang kipas. Akhirnya bayar lagi buat kamar yang AC. Ngga jelas banget.

At first I was rejected by the house keeper since my room was not available although I've already paid through on line payment. The house keeper gave me no choice unless I pay additional Rupiah for the room I need. Secondly, there was no air conditioner in the room. It was so hot like hell since there's no ventilation. The other day once again I must pay more money the get room with AC. So pathetic.

The room did not match the picture and was asked for 70 thousand when checking in, very disappointing without notification in the application.

It doesn't match the application, order a room or what you get. Service is not friendly.

When we arrived at the location, the receptionist told me that the room I ordered was full. How come? Tell me to add 50 thousand to upgrade the empty room. Check the room, the room is very stuffy and dirty. The strange thing is that I ordered a room full of money and couldn't get it back. Even though the fault is not mine. Very, very strange.

Book a room with AC. As soon as I was given a fan. If you want AC, you will be asked for another 50 thousand/night. According to the officer, he said that OYO and its CS were slow in changing the photos, aka they had said to remove the picture of the AC room but they hadn't replaced it. Then when I entered the room I found a squat toilet which did not match the picture, namely a sitting toilet. The protest was then taken to the building next door which had air conditioning and a sitting toilet. Then he was told to check with the language "Check it!" very unprofessional. Highly not recommended. If the trip is tiring, don't stay here because the staff are adamant, aka don't want to admit that their posts are wrong, which actually makes customers angry. The female officer is also naughty. Overall really, really bad.

Kenyataannya tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di aplikasi, bed nya kotor (ngeres), tidak ada selimut, tidak ada handuk dan sabun, kloset nya jongkok bukan kloset duduk sesuai di aplikasi. Intinya aktual lapangan tidak sesuai dengan foto yang di aplikasi.
