During my stay: Service: Very good at helping with certain things and addressing issues. Conditions: Something we were a little disappointed with. 1. My wife slipped in the bathroom because it was so slippery, but it was only the shower tile that got wet. 2. The outside lights in my deluxe cabin were out (thankfully, they offered a free flashlight for lighting at night).

Overall it's good, just be careful when accessing the road to the location.

Highly recommended for a staycation in Pangalengan. The cabin is clean, the facilities are also good, with in-cabin technologies like mood lamps and background sound. The location is a bit far from the city, but the view of the vast tea plantation is very refreshing. The staff is also friendly. Staying at Bobocabin, you don't need to go anywhere else; just walking around the tea plantation is cool and refreshing.

Aaaah, it's the best! Even though we got a cabin with a less than ideal view, I was still happy... and really felt at home!

The view is really nice, it detoxifies the lungs and is really cool, but unfortunately you can't choose the room, you get room 01 which doesn't have any view of the tea plantation at all, so you end up upgrading the room

In a cabin room that's super far from the lobby, the reservation is hahaha, walking while carrying stuff is quite a bit, huh 🤭. Other than that, everything is okay if you want to try a staycation in green nature, thanks.

NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES. BECAUSE THERE IS NO TV AND OTHER FACILITIES LIKE A SWIMMING POOL. HOT WATER SHOWERS ARE LIMITED BECAUSE THE HOT WATER CAPACITY IS ONLY 30 LITERS WHICH IS ENOUGH FOR 2 PEOPLE. IF IT'S COLD, YOU HAVE TO WAIT 90 MINUTES. BREAKFAST DOESN'T HAVE MANY CHOICES AND THE TASTE IS NOT WORTHY. FOR A ROOM PRICE OF 1.6 MILLION.. IT'S BETTER TO THINK BEFORE STAYING HERE. EXCEPT FOR TWO OF YOU WHO WANT TO BE WITH YOUR WIFE OR ON A HONEYMOON WHO WON'T THINK ABOUT THE TASTE OF FOOD OR FACILITIES 😀😀😀

The atmosphere is calm and the view is very beautiful. It's just that there are a lot of flies, but it's still okay and the management provides baygon to keep the flies away. There are also hollow doors to keep the flies out.

It's cold up to 16 degrees, my husband and I went there yesterday and really felt the healing of our brains and the air.
