Quite an interesting experience, the food was all delicious

What a delightful experience, staying on a Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, there was a cooking class for the kids. My son was delighted.

The room size is spacious, for breakfast the food refill and cutlery provision is still not fast enough.

An older hotel, with a somewhat lacking cleanliness. This is helped by a more varied breakfast menu and fairly good service. The staff are friendly and efficient. Hopefully, they can continue to improve in the future.

The hotel is located close to the main road, and the rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking the pool. The bathrooms are clean, with strong water and cool air conditioning. Breakfast is varied, but the main course is quite basic. Overall, it's good. 👍🏽

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious, there was a hair dryer in the toilet, the shampoo was fully stocked, and there was a closet. The AC was a bit noisy at night, though. I accidentally broke a glass and it was replaced, which was pretty cheap, not too expensive. The location is still below Puncak, near Cimory.

Found a hotel not too far from Gadog, still a bit lower, so I didn't get stuck in traffic on my way home. The entrance isn't too far, so access is safe. The hotel is comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere. I might try again with my extended family next time.

Friendly staff and fast check-in process

My first time here was because of the TikTok FYP, and then, out of curiosity, I decided to spend the long weekend here. 1. Check-in was at 3 p.m., but since I arrived early, I ended up playing in the pool and ordering some food from the restaurant. Prices were reasonable, starting at just 20,000 rupiah. The food was delicious. I ordered a chicken rice bowl (I forget the name of the dish), but it was around that. Then, with the help of the staff, check-in was quicker at 1:20 p.m. In the lobby, there's a play area for children, probably under 4 years old, as it's not very big, and there were welcome drinks. 2. The room was big enough for the five of us (2 adults and 3 children), so we didn't need to add a bed because the long sofa was enough for resting. The room faced the back garden (if I'm not mistaken), and all the amenities were complete. 3. Breakfast had a wide selection, mostly Indonesian food, so the kids could eat too. The taste was pretty good; the kids even had more, especially the spaghetti, fettuccine, and donuts. 4. The location is not too far from the main road, so if you want to grab a bite to eat, you can order online or at the restaurant. That concludes our vacation review. We hope it's helpful for parents planning a vacation with their children or family.

This hotel's added value for us is its location, convenient to the toll exit and proximity to several kid-friendly attractions. Although not located on a main road, access to the hotel is easy. The rooms are large, have balconies, are clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is quite varied. However, the hotel doesn't offer ironing facilities. Hopefully, the management will provide them in the future, though with a limit on the length of stay.
