The property is great inside. The building access key did not seem to work so I had to use the stairs. Fortunately there were stairs! The outside of the building has a lot of graffiti and broken windows but the area is good and convenient to the university, to the main downtown sightseeing areas, and the primary local parks. All good. I would stay again.

중앙역과 가까워서 활동에 편합니다. 자그레브 중앙역은 우리나라 고속터미널 지하상가 느낌입니다. 숙소도 사진 그대로 깔끔하고 예쁘구요~ 강추!!

The place itself was nice one. The host was also good guy. But there are something to tell. When I made check-in, he gave wrong instructions so I had lost in strange streets for a while. That wasn't good memories with kids and huge suitcases. The host refund me 20 euro as condensation. I guess he will do everything that he can do. But there is another. One guy who live in downstairs had visit two times with angry face. After his first visit we try to keep silence but he visit again. He complained about toilet use early in the morning and so on.... I tell that story to the host. The answer from the host was do not open the door if he visit again. I don't want to stay there again in deed.

Apartman apsolutno odgovara svemu navedenome u oglasu. Smješten kod autobusnog i željezničkog kolodvora, odmah uz Importane centar, tako da su dućani, pekare, fast food nadohvat ruke. Mi smo bili u vrijeme adventa, pa nam je klizalište bilo 10 minuta pješice, a to je već praktički uži centar grada, za još cca 5 do 7 minuta kroz park Zrinjevac do Trga bana Jelačića i na Gornji grad, (sa dvoje manje djece, sve pješice, mislim da je lokacija apartmana odlična). Parking smo imali osiguran za sve dane boravka što je bila vrlo važna stavka, jer automobil nismo koristili. Apartman je uredan, čist, posteljina mirisna, krvet jako udoban (čak i jastuci, što je kod mnogih apartmana pa i hotela slaba karika). Centralno grijanje (u zimskom periodu) ugodno i toplo. Balkon za pušače. Sve u svemu za svaku pohvalu! 5+
