Welcoming staff and nice bedroom overlooking Fore Street (can be noisy with passing traffic). Pub food good. Plenty of car parking.

The room was clean and tidy, but small and showing it's age. No usb facility in room.
Hotel itself was very nice, the staff lovely in the main. Food excellent.
My dog was made very welcome.

Great location to stay on way to Cornwall. The room was very spacious and dog friendly. There is a lovely river walk to explore only a short stroll from the hotel. Parking was easy and the cold breakfast buffet was plentiful but hot food was available to order if you wanted more.

Staff were lovely, food was amazing, the room was nice, it was a shame it was above the kitchen, music was blaring all evening, the bed was very uncomfortable one side, felt like springs sticking into my back, the other side was ok. We did enjoy our stay just maybe not that room in future.

We stayed for three nights in a family room for three. The room is specious and clean. We have a dog with us and Kings Arms is 100% dog friendly. We stayed in a room quite close to some cooling system which was required to keep turned on to keep the beer cold (I think) but it produced a constant mechanically nose which became very noticeable in the evening. I asked for a change of room but unfortunately there was not a double room available. As a compromise the owner arranged to turn off the system when the pub closed in the evening until early in the morning. This worked fine for us and we have a lovely stay overall. The continental breakfast was simple but ample. If I am in the area, I will stay there again but will ask for a room not so close to the cooling system!

Had one evening meal. The food quality was good, no complaints with that. Only had continental breakfast, usual toast, cereal, fruit juice, Croissants, etc
That was all fine. Cooked breakfast options were available for extra charge.
Bedrooms and showers need some attention. Small issues. Moved rooms after first nights sleep as mattress was very poor. Much better sleep in different room second night.
Shower water power in first room was okay but second room was lacking.
Usual amount of downstairs pub noise but that soon died down after about 10pm ish. Quiet night sleep overall.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good choice of local ales.

We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Our room was clean and well presented with tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite.
A Continental Breakfast next day was included and cooked options were available as an extra if required.
We were very happy with the service provided and would happily stay again.

Yes to both questions. Though a busy Saturday afternoon mean there was only one parking space when I arrived available because someone was just leaving!

The King's arm is a friendly welcoming hostelry in the quaint charming village of Otterton. The pub, restaraunt and rooms were clean, well presented and well maintained. My room was large with a very comfortable super king size bed and plentiful supplies of shower gel, shampoo
