The staff at the desk keep trying to charge us more then it was very poor service

Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, modern and well-maintained, staff was really helpful and friendly and the restaurant had tasty dishes. In addition, they are following thoroughly the measures taken against the propagation of COVID-19. It is a good place to stay while visiting Tacna.

The neighborhood is very bad. Market is no walking and you need a taxi for go and back

Inside this modern and bright hotel you’ll find courteous attentive staff. It’s not located in the best area of town but a quick cab ride you’ll find yourself in center of this quiet picturesque town.

Zona inadecuada, nunca cambiaron toallas ni reabastecieron de papel higiénico. Desayuno básico y siempre se acababa y no reponían

Staff friendly, professional, caring and all around provided excellent experience for my family. Super clean hotel. Very good breakfast. We left a tip for cleaning staff and reception desk immediately called us to let us know we had forgotten the money so we explained that it was the tip. High integrity. Hotel is about five minutes from downtown in taxi. Which it wasn’t a big deal for us. Pretty relaxed and quiet place. We’d come have next time:

This was my second stay at Park Inn while traveling through Tacna. Each person we interacted with was friendly, from the front desk to the workers we crossed paths with in the hallway. Even the taxi driver who stations in front (not an employee of the hotel) was super friendly and helpful. Also a great breakfast!

Para subir al hotel desde el estacionamiento, la pasada es sucia y llena de polvo. Poca variedad en el desayuno buffet. Jugo de agua no se siente la fruta

No habia agua caliente salía tibia Muy poco personal se demoraban mucho en el bar y el restaurante Nos cobraron doble impuesto por hoteles.com si uno hacia la reserva directo con el hotel salia menos de la mitad de precio muy mal Desayuno todos los dias lo mismo no habia variedad No volvería

Despues de probar varios hoteles en Tacna, solo queda decir es EL MEJOR HOTEL DE TACNA PERU Tiene hasta CINE al lado! El Gym impecable Desayuno exquisito y variado, lugar muy limpio Todo bien, espectacular la atención y buen servicio del personal, las instalaciones de un cuatro estrellas, solo le falta la piscina.

La verdad quedamos gratamente sorprendidos era primera ves que estabamos en el hotel ,todo funciono perfecto Felicitaciones a todo el Equipo de Park Inn By Radisson seran muy recomendados por supuesto FELICITACIONES 👏 👌

Excelente, gostei muito, próximo a locais para se alimentar, de frente ao parque Barigui, local para caminhadas.

Muy bien atendidos por el personal, muy cómodo el Hotel y lo malo es el desarrollo inmobiliario vecino que no hace ver bien al Hotel como Urbanismo, situación no le cae como responsabilidad al hotel sino al municipio y sus leyes. Ver fotos adjuntas
