Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4 out of 5 due to location and helpful staff.

My favorite hotel in France in the last two visits. In Ribeauville for hiking and a visit to Trimbach, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly the owner Antoine. A great value. If you're coming to this area, don't miss it!

Quick easy check-in. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Typical European size, with no fridge or coffee maker....we are spoiled in Canada! But a great price for the location. Breakfast (extra €) typical European with cold cuts, cheese, pastries and bread, yogurt and cold cereal. No eggs etc. Nice little patisserie up past the tower with warmed quiche etc for a good price where I preferred. Nice place to have a drink in the evening out front near the fountain.

The hotel was very well located in the centre of town. There were lots of free car parks located less than 5 mins walk away. The hotel was spotlessly clean. There is a lovely spa area although it was quite busy when we visited at 6pm.

The room was great. Comfortable beds. Windows that open. Nice bathroom. Shortcomings? No fridge so cold beer or wine has to be had at nearby bar or restaurant but there are many to choose between within a block.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly, they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the location can't be beat!! The town is so lovely, and Hotel de la Tour heightened the experience!

Staying at Ribeauville was amazing. The village is beautiful and and Hotel is located perfectly. We enjoyed the hotel spa and the welcoming of the staff.

We stayed 3 nights and it was great. For us was very important good wifi connection.

The hotel was located in the center of Ribeauville. The hotel was charming and clean. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The staff was not helpful when speaking about Ribeauville. They did not seem to like speaking in English as they were very friendly to some French guests. Breakfast was more expensive and less offered than in other hotels in town.

Simple but nice hotel, at a convenient address. Good value for money. This was our second stay here. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is off a very narrow little lane that I would not like to negotiate in a car I'm not used to driving. Public parking nearby has worked very well for us. The staff speaks English.

Good hotel but bed and breakfast only. Very good breakfast Rooms rather small in historic building. Advise reserving parking as finding a space in the town is difficult.
