Beautiful place beautiful staff and connivence

The staff was amazing and super helpful. Everything we asked for, they supported. The metro is nearby with easy access into central Paris. There are friendly cafes and bars too. We would stay here again.

10/10. The staff at the front are SO friendly, especially the lady at the front who checked me in. The hotel is phenomenal. Great amenities. If you have a water bottle, you can re-fill it. They also have complimentary flavoured water at the front & provided a bottle of water in the room too.

We had a nice stay. It a decent size hotel with kitchen so you can actually cook for longer stay. I highly recommend the place.

Great stay in Paris. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s lovely with great staff, welcoming lobby, good breakfast. The room is excellent - comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower, tiny kitchenette. We hope to stay at this hotel in the future.

Very spacious room and bathroom by Paris standards. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located near the Gare de Lyon. Lovely overhead walk along the former elevated train track across the street from the hotel. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple of days and use the "food prep facilities", it would be a challenge. Not very much space, no toaster, not many dishes or cooking utensils.

Wish I had been able to stay longer! This will definitely be were we stay next time we are back in Paris. The hotel was clean, friendly and the beds were super comfy. The sound proofing was also great and the rooms were quiet and restful. There is a grocery next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance. I also walked there from the train station.

Good location, room is clean but needed brand new bedding, not linen (no fault of cleaners). Noticed lots of dust at night when spots on, which came from bedding/pillows causing allergies for us and having to take antihistamines. Opened windows but people smoke outside foyer so smoke comes in. AC just recirculates dust so couldn’t have it on. Would ask for high rise flat and new actual bedding- pillows, mattress protector next time.

The breakfast is terrible with very limited options. The rooms are very small. The overall standard of the hotel has dropped from what it used to be. The front desk staff is not helpful and provided wrong information. Please avoid booking this hotel via the front desk staff as they don’t understand English and book wrong rooms.

One of my top 5 hotels I have ever stayed at. Near public transport. Super clean. Quiet and very spacious and functional. Will definitely stay again.

Hotels near train stations are not always ok. This one was great! It was updated, bathroom and cooking area functional, equipped and clean and the hotel staff was exceptional. The hotel is actually a short walk from Gare de Lyon but there is a shortcut behind the station (where the coach busses park) that leads to the street where you can find the hotel. I had a large suitcase a satchel and it was not a difficult walk. To make things more interesting, there is an authentic "hot pot" resto (Fondue Chongqing) across the street for a delicious and healthy alternative to the usual fare. The bistro, Le Repair on the corner of Av. Daumesnil and rue Charles Bossut is terrific and offers a really nice traditional French breakfast. There is a Lidl just next door to the hotel for groceries and snacks as well. Finally, across the street there is the raised green space called "Coulée Vert Renée-Dumont" for a pleasant alternative to walking on the avenue.

Beautifully designed modern luxury hotel PLUS all the convenience you would like in an apartment -- small kitchen, shared laundry and gym. Rooms are very large for Paris. About 6 transit lines within a 10 minute walk plus long distance trains from Gare de Lyon. Nearby bistro called Le Remontalou is superb.

Excellent staff. Beautiful room, a bit small by my standards but by European standards I understand it was quite roomy. Very good breakfast. Except for the floor, room was very clean. Could feel debris on floor when walking around in socks. Shower had awesome pressure. Too hot in room and thermostat was admin locked - was hard to sleep when so warm. Only three hangers in closet - the kind where you insert the rod into a holder. Lobby had board games and other things to pass time. There were six broken holders so no more hangers could be added. A big bonus was the property is only a short walk to metro and train stations so you can go anywhere. Frequent sirens, property is near a police station. Homeless people on the sidewalk outside (not directly at hotel but very near). Supermarket next door was very convenient. Several cafes, stores and markets within a two minute walk. I would return and stay again.

Great stay and would stay again. Easy to get to local transport (Trains, RER, Metro) and having a Lidl next door made it easy to stock our room’s kitchen area for our stay. Facilities at the property were good. Would just note that the microwave isn’t a duo oven combi-microwave, so cooking was more limited. Temperature control did not work in the room, luckily we stayed in the winter and could open the window to cool the room down. Bed was really comfortable and even though our room was next to the elevator, it was still quiet and a positive experience. Would recommend.

Hotel is really far away from where you need to be considering how bad the traffic is in Paris. It would take us 45 minutes to an hour just to get to an Eiffel Tower in an Uber. People extremely friendly staff is very helpful and speak good English. Do not recommend breakfast for €19, you can go out in town and get much better selection for cheaper. We went down to look at the menu, what they had of the buffet and they had barely any selection. Definitely not worth that money so we decided not to eat there. Also, the shower had somebody’s black long hair in it like he hasn’t been cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Plumbing in the sink in the shower was backing up. We actually had to unscrew the drains for the water to run down. Maintenance man walked in while we were watching TV without knocking because he thought room was unoccupied and he wanted to fix something. A few restaurants within walking distance, however nothing else does close by. Staff were great zero complaints, but I definitely wish I did more research on the location. If you want nice and quiet away from everything is definitely a beautiful little apartment however, if you wanna be closer to where you wanna be to the idea location, you might want to book elsewhere.

Excellent Aparthotel in Paris, super clean and spacious. Great value for money. Kind and helpful staff at the reception. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Kind of walking distance to Gare de Lyon station (about 1km), can be tiring after a long day of walking in Paris. But you can take a bus from one street down the station to the hotel.
