Great hotel with helpful staff. Fantastic Breakfast!

This hotel is definitely worth its value. It was clean, comfortable, cozy, especially after a long day of travelling. The receptionist was really helpful - special shoutout to the receptionist who was trying to help us with universal adapter/power bank. Later we found out there is USB next to the beds, literally save our trip! Breakfast was served earlier than expected, we are very glad with our decision. Most importantly its next to the train station. Will recommend anyone who is considering a stay around Tourcoing

Problème de climatisation, la chambre était froide ....dommage !!! ...

Personnels accueillants et professionnels. Nous sommes rentrés d'un repas de Noël au milieu de la nuit, et avons eu l'occasion de discuter avec le gardien de nuit, aimable , courtois et sympa. La sécurité y est . Petit déjeuner le matin excellent choix variés, produits frais et locaux. Literie excellente , chambre propre , silencieuse et avec rangements adéquats. Bref je recommande

Un très bon séjour, j'ai juste une petite suggestion, c'est d'ouvrir au moins le bar le lundi soir, pas le restaurant mais le bar !!

oui chambre sale wc cassés débordement dans la douche odeur noséabonde HONTEUX une autre chambre donnée mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer!

Bel hôtel, juste a côté de la gare, petit déjeuner a partir de 4h30 du matin pratique pour un train a 06h00

L’eau de la douche qui alterne entre froid et chaud, (mon collègue pareil) le gel douche vide, éteindre la lumière de la chambre c’est éteindre toute la chambre.

L'ensemble des prestations int été au top. Rien à redire
