This property is great if you're looking to stay for one to two nights. It was very inconvenient to find out, the area outside of this property was under construction. Also the rooms did feel a little claustrophobic. Also be prepared to haul your luggage because parking is a little further away from the property. & with the road construction, it makes it a little difficult.

Clean room and friendly staff

I could hear other room’s noise like snoring phone buzzing and in the middle of the night I hear men’s talking sound and it was from the building’s middle area connected to my room’s window. I could barely sleep that night due to that noise.

If you get to the hotel after 5 pm, there's no one at the reception desk and it becomes a nightmare to get in the hotel. The main door is kept locked so you cannot even get to the building. The communication box works but no one answers so you have to call a corporate number in order to have access to it. It totally sucks if you travel internationally and get there tired wanting just to relax after a long trip. If I knew this I would've never book my stay there. Be aware!

I like the check in process, it was done virtually, however I think they have to mentioned that the code works at the time of check in. Although I like the smooth check in process, I do think some people with less familiarity with modern technology struggle with it because I helped a person for their check in, as the reception is not available 24/7. I would also like to mention that the hotel is close to nearby public bus, very convenient, room is clean but bedsheet can be improved. The customer service team at Olala Homes is very excellent as they addressed every issues and concerns that I had during my stay through emails.

Rooms were about cold. Took a long time to work out the heating.

We was hesitant to book the room because some reviews mentioned noise from the street and uncomfortable bed. But it turned out to be amazing. We got the room 110 away from the streets - luckyy. The room was quiet, didn't heard the neighbors or noise from the streets, and the bed is comfortable. They offered 2 free water bottles on arrival which is great. The location is great, in the middle of downtown, lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. It's about 20 minutes walk to the church. Finding a free parking is crazy difficult and unfortunately we had to pay 21 euro/day for a nearby. Would love to stay here again if we have a chance to visit Granada again.

Alojamiento bien situado pero la limpieza de la habitación no era la correcta, las sábanas y toallas estaban manchadas al llegar; pedí cambiarlas, y si lo hicieron en las toallas pero no las sábanas. Creo que deben mejorar en ese aspecto. El resto muy aceptable.

El único problema ha sido el ruido de la calle por las procesiones de Semana Santa y el aislamiento no era demasiado bueno, a pesar de todo excelente.

Tolle Lage, mitten in der Innenstadt. Sauberes Zimmer, promlemloser Check-in. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

La vue était sur une cour fermée d’environ 12m2 avec les compresseurs de Clim. La salle de bain était minuscule avec des odeurs. La Clim fait du bruit. Des travaux avec beaucoup de bruit étaient dans la rue et l’hôtel difficile d’accès de ce fait

Quarto com espaço para 4 pessoas. Minibar gratuito. Única coisa que não me agradou foi o quarto cheirar a tabaco
