Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 7:00 PM!! Front desk clerk was snarky. Not hospitable. Slow. Will not go back.

Entrance, stairs and exterior could use some work. My biggest problem was the very thin walls, no sound block, it's hard to sleep with the person in the next room snoring.

Check in was easy and painless. Staff friendly and professional. The room was very clean and bathroom was recently renovated. Great experience, would stay again if we come back this way.

I booked a two-queen family room 4 weeks in advance and confirmed by phone that my two Persian cats would be accepted. Right after check-in time, they called to say no pet-friendly two-queen room was available and offered only a small one-queen room or cancellation. We were two adults and a teenager, exhausted after driving 1,000 km. They refused an extra bed and refused to adjust the price for the downgrade. The bed was not clean, and advertised amenities like a kettle/coffee machine and shampoo were missing. Terrible experience. I would never stay here again.

The hotel rooms are much better than you would expect from simply looking from the outside of the building. The room was very clean overall, clean bathroom and towels, appears newly refurbished. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The pillow cases a little stained but clearly were clean. We arrived a little early and the hotel reception was closed with a sign telling customers to ring the number displayed. We are from the UK and the number wouldn’t connect. I asked another resident (a Canadian) of the hotel if he knew where the receptionist was and he tried to ring also, but couldn’t get through. He explained the guy running the Hotel lived on the premises and knocked his door, but still no joy. As we were early we left and returned at 14:30 and managed to speak to the receptionist who turned us away until 3pm. So we waited outside in the car. The room door operates by a key code put into the handle, which failed after first entry, as did the TV. Both requiring attention from the receptionist, who whilst saying it was no trouble, his body language gave a different impression. All in all I would stay there again. The rooms themselves are worth the money, especially for an overnight stay on a longer journey. Clean and comfortable what more do you need. :-)

The front entrance steps were all broken and perhaps unsafe. The photos of the place on the Internet were deceiving. Entering was like entering someone's bedroom as the front desk man was laying on a cot with a sheet over him when I entered. The place had the ambience of a skid road hotel. Front desk man was reluctant to show me the room and told me that I could not cancel now in any case. I elected not to stay there I was so off put by the entrance experience. I am not sure if I can recoup my money but if hotels.com does not refund me I shall never use them again. I am just tired of deceptive photos on the Internet and then third parties having their way with my credit card.

This is sleazy place. I left immediately and requested a full refund. DO NOT recommend.

So the outside looks like it belongs in a war zone. It honestly looks the worst ever. I apologized to the Mrs soon as we arrived. However the rooms have had work done on them and are clean. The bedding and beds are another thing as are the curtains. Stains on the sheets and a quilted Brown/Gold bedspread that had me wondering when it was last washed. The place doesn’t allow checkin before 1500 I know this because I rang the number at reception at 1438 and was told I had to wait. Luckily there’s was a watering hole with the World Cup on just over the road.
