El hotel sin lugar a dudas es para lo que es, descansar, no se pide más, está limpio, tranquilo y seguro. Si lo que buscas es solo descansar, es sin duda alguna muy recomendable

Rooms are very small and customer service is horrible. We forgot my daughters sandles at checkout so i called them and they confirmed. But then i go, and they say never found.

Their administration is unorganized. Y room’s door was knocked to let me know that I had to pay for the room. The following day my door was locked because my bed sheets were stained and I had to pay for them first in to have my door open.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and for the price it was good. The rooms weren’t too small, the ac worked awesome. It was a basic room nothing luxurious. The Ubers had a little bit of trouble to find the entrance since it’s by a busy road and the property is new. The staff though was not the nicest at all. They weren’t accommodating or comprehensive. I booked with Expedia and they didn’t respect the price you pay and they make you cancel and book directly with them. When you cancel with Expedia there’s a fee and it’s not worth all the hassle. The fee is high and the hotel doesn’t care. They just wanted me to book directly when the difference of prize was 1 peso. Ridiculous. They were fighting me for 1 peso. I told them I will give them the peso and they told me no we can’t do that. You have to cancel your Expedia reservation and the fee is not our problem basically

NO hubo nunca ni televisión, no hubo internet, se salió el agua de la regadera. Y no tienen cerca ningún restaurante, no tienen el metro cerca, ni un camión para tomar la ubicación no es la adecuada

Es una opción económica en mitad de la nada, las calles alrededor son bastante feas y solo puedes andar en auto, no hay recepción, es un hotel para llegar y dormir y listo, las habitaciones están muy bien y son silenciosas sin ruido, muy buena conexión de internet y tv.

No tiene planta de luz ?? No se pero de fue la luz y sin clima !!!!

Este hotel en particular en esta ubicación es más como un hotel de paso que algo más formal, habitaciones muy limpias, camas cómodas, solo hay café como amenidades. No es un edificio en sí, supongo por la ubicación, porque otros hoteles Hi! que he visto pues sin edificios con más habitaciones y este parece estar hecho como con contenedores. Pero fuera de esto, todo está bien para pasar un par de noches como emergencia

Pedi en la reservación cama grande y me tocó habitación con cama individual

La puerta de los baños no tiene chapa, el tamaño de la regadera es mini, no te puedes ni mover.

Mucho ruido por la noche ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la autopista

Es buena y tranquilo
