The hotel charged me a higher price than what Expedia quoted my price to be. The reception person who was processing my final bill berated me for using Expedia vs. reserving my room with the hotel directly. It was 87 degrees the day we were in Ptuj, Slovenia - there was no air conditioning in the hotel - very hot.

Lovely hotel and stay with Yuri and Sasha. The a/c wasn’t on yet so we had the windows open. The bar patrons across the street and under us were very loud till very late though.

Parking could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel had a great location convenient to everything including a bunch of dining options. The room was extremely comfortable. The spa area was unique. I had the area all to myself. I think the hotel missed out on a revenue opportunity. The staff was great!

Charming hotel right in the Center of Ptuj. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the music that was playing, it made it so relaxing and peaceful.

Despite using three mapping services navigating closed streets made finding the hotel very difficult. The twin beds were narrow and uncomfortable. Apart from a wonderful omelette breakfast was less than satisfying. We stayed here in part because of the reviews on hotels.com, but unfortunately didn't experience the same level of satisfaction.

I would stay again here 100%. Immaculate, fantastic location, wonderful, warm, helpful staff. Great apartment made you feel like a local .

Great location in the centre of Ptuj. Lovely courtyard. Good breakfast and comfortable room. The breakfast room was big & a bit tired and the whole place needs to be freshened up. Reserved parking spaces are a bonus.

What a pleasant hotel! We arrived after midnight but the front desk man was kind and helpful getting us checked in quickly. Our room was delightful - the bed was very comfortable, three choices of pillows, and the A/C was working well on a hot August night. Can highly recommend and hope to come again.

Vi spenderade två nätter i Ptuj. Hotellet som ligger väldigt centralt är väldigt mysigt inrett, har stora rum och en underbar innergård.
