It was amazing. Super beautiful and clean. Also , the people that work there are super nice and helpful. Definitely will stay again if I go back to Lisbon.

Good hotel, friendly staff, very clean. Just a bit far from the metro which they can't do anything about.

Fine if you don't mind walking hills, it is a little out of the centre so a walk uphill all the way home, or of course user public transport where possible. It was clean and tidy. The only two points to make was that I was advised the minibar could be restocked, the only time I wanted this was one evening when I got home for the day I just wanted my water replenished however was told this could only be done by housekeeping during their morning rounds; I therefore couldn't get any more water until the following day. The other thing was that if you want to store your luggage on the day you leave between checkout and leaving for your flight you have to way €5 per bag; in all my European city breaks at various hotels I've never experienced this.

Very nice hotel , staff were super friendly

Very modern hotel. Rooms were small but enough for us to be comfortable. Staff ,especially Pinky and Alfonso and the early morning staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and fresh.Staff in breakfast area were also very accommodating . especially Samir and Arif. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to all travellers.5 stars

Great spot handy for touring the city

Staff were so welcoming and helpful, hotel was modern, clean and amendable. Not to much around the hotel other than small shops so definetly have to walk further for meals but beautiful and safe place to walk around. I travelled solo and felt safe.

The stay was comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is at a location which is closer to many nice pubs and restaurants. The body lotion quality definitely needs improvement as it’s just like water and the room did not have any creamer for making coffee or tea, nor was it provided by the hotel. Overall I would recommend it as the service and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was a very good size, bathroom was very nice, we had a little fridge and an easy to use safe for our valuables. A kettle with coffee and tea provided, water also for the fridge. If you choose to have breakfast i recommend you try at least once, cooked and continental options available. Would definitely return!
