Enjoyed a nice breakfast

This place is wonderful, a true relic of a simpler time. Beautiful property, with plants, birds, and a calm inviting atmosphere. The folks working are absolutely kind and hard working. The tipico breakfast was delicious and fajitas we tried one night were amazing! It is sad the city has grown around this gem! But we are so happy it is being kept up and beautiful!

If you are looking for a peaceful place up in the mountains, this is a great site and affordable. But not amenities in the hotel and around it. No refrigerator,!coffee in the room, you have to wait till 7.00 am

Staff is awesome......get a little road noise. Restaurant has great meals.

Had a stop over here to get out of San Jose on our way to Limon beaches after an eight hour flight. Pros: Nice stay, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, beautiful grounds. Reasonable! Cons: not the room shown in pictures, in need of updates, musty. Food was just ok. Just happy they had the restaurant! Would I stop again? Yes!

the staff was awesome. They went above and beyond for us. We had a late checking and the kitchen was close but they still help us with some food. That was awesome. Thank you!!!!

Is a nice place to visit, the prices are fair but is not very well maintained. The rooms are confortable, the fireplace will let all the smoke into your room. Parking is somehow wild as you have to go around logs and stones to park, in some of the villas. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, pinto, eggs and coffee.

Una atención excelente, doña Yolanda es muy cordial. En cuanto a la habitación siento que están un poco descuidadas, por ejemplo la cama individual satura la habitación habia una lámpara en la cabecera que estaba floja, en el baño la baranda donde se pone el paño de mano se caía porque estaba suelta de un lado. La habitación está muy pegada a las demás, así que se oia todo lo que pasaba con los otros huespedes. Por lo demás todo excelente, volveria pero a las que son más grandes.
