It's really cool, the room is clean, fragrant and quite big, suitable for a relaxing holiday because in front of the room is a hot spring pool, next time I'll invite my extended family to stay here 👍🏻👍🏻

Recommended for vacations with children and family. The view from the front of the room directly overlooks the mountain👍, the best room selection on Traveloka👍 The price does not include breakfast, it costs 50,000 IDR per person, and the food is delicious. Dinner at the restaurant is also delicious and the prices are quite standard. There are hot and cold swimming pools that are very safe for children.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the cafe is affordable and has a complete menu, and the rooms and views are the best.

The access, staff service, rooms, and facilities are all excellent, and we highly recommend this place for a getaway with friends or family. The cleanliness is also excellent. Suggestion: Re-evaluate the water quality, especially the hot water, and improve the TV network if possible. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the staffs were friendly, we were arrived late at night yet there was still a staff to help to checked in. it's also a wheel chair friendly, even tho the accessibility could be improve. especially on the hot spring area, since peoole with wheel chair couldnt access it . however the downside is, the breakfast option. less variety, taste not nice :( recommend you to bring your own bfast rather than paying there with limited and not so good breakfast. however, the room and bathroom are nice. super clean & tidy

The atmosphere is very comfortable and not noisy. The view is very nice.

This is our first experience staying at this hotel. It's quite satisfying, the downside is that it's a bit far to the city to find food.
