Located in a hospital. Exterior images on Hotels.com are misleading. Very difficult to find. Parking was $1 per hour, which was also NOT stated on Hotels.com.

One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience.

Its great for staying if you have medical apointments in the area or need a place to stay the night.

Not sure where it wanted me to park. To get to the hotel you go around the side of the hospital to the ambulance bay and ride the elevator up. Its a refurbished hospital wing. The rooms are just old patient rooms.

Had to pay for parking outside the hotel

Clean room and safe. Hotel is located in a hospital so the area is gated and safe but not much to do in the area. We stayed overnight and left early to embark on our cruise so it served its purpose.

Hospital area

The room was really clean. The hotel is inside of a hospital which was a little weird at first. But the staff was great and everything was just fine. Wifi was hit or miss. Only a couple of miles from basically everything. No more than a $10 Uber ride.

It was not noted in the description that this hotel was inside a hospital. I did not like this because it was not appealing

Beautiful small hotel. Clean , cozy, family atmosphere. I had a small issue with the AC unit in my room but they remediated immediately. I will stay again.

Staff were courteous

Staff is courteous. Room ok as place to visit hospital patients in Centro Medico, not a luxury hotel, no amenities near, just your basic room to rest

Room was nice a clean, parking should be included with the room.

Al llegar fui atendida por un joven muy atento y amable. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El problema es la iluminación muy pobre solo dos lamparitas de mesa que casi no iluminaban. Los receptàculos no funcionaban, solo el del baño. Es importante que sepan que a la 1:30 am recibí una llamada del Ficus, preguntando si haría check inn ya que aparecía mi reservación, pero que no me había reportado!! Le indiquè que estaba tratando de dormir y me solicitó el número de habitación. Tengan un poco de empatía y consideraciòn. Esas no son horas para llamar e interrumpir mi descanso.

Yes the room was nice and tidy

The room was clean and presentable, the rest room have a small problem with the chawer and the toilet.
