Nice new hotel to stay on the way

This is a lovely new hotel on a convenient location for the Tromso to Lofoten drive or vice versa. It is also close to the Hurtigruten museum which is so interesting to visit on a wet day. The hotel is modern and spacious with an aesthetic bar area design. Cocktails were professionally made. Dinner was also good, if limited in choice. Superb breakfast selection. Our room had a high quality bed, tv and effective blackout curtains, a Norwegian summer necessity. We thought this hotel was excellent value.

Breakfast was fantastic with variety of choices for children too. Comfortable beds unlike most in Norway, and at least a hotel that provides beverage service such as coffee and cocoa drinks. Staff were exceptionally grinding and welcoming, great hospitality received with tips on the surroundings. The perfect spot for those who wants to catch a glimpse of northern lights, the pier next to hotel parking!

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Thanks to Maria and Alberthine on reception who were so friendly and helpful. A fabulous breakfast with everything you need. Ill definitely stay here again. Great trip.

Staff made us feel very welcome and our room was really comfortable, with a great view across the water. Food at breakfast and dinner was superb.

Et helt fantastisk hotell. Vi hadde et stort fint rom med nydelig utsikt. Badet var i en særklasse. Frokosten var utrolig bra med stort utvalg av det meste. Middag i restauranten var også meget bra. Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det sterkeste!

Sehr schöne Zimmer und hervorragendes Frühstück

It turns out the "family room" offers no sea view and no view at all. People can only see the other rooms opposite the family room in a very close distance. The details should be shown before people book the room. I don’t think people will drive a long way to this hotel if no view can be seen in the room. It’s so disappointed.
