The Feedback Rooms provided a pleasant stay. The accommodations were decent, and I was particularly impressed by the friendly and cooperative staff. I would absolutely choose to stay there again.

clean quiet pet friendly

Excellent service n place to stay

We only stayed here to sleep before an early morning ferry. Totally adequate for that purpose. Room had everything we needed. Lots of parking. Noisy due to location, ear plugs would be a good idea. Very friendly front office staff.

Very affordable

The bed and linens were comfortable. Microwave was unplugged. Coffee and coffeemaker provided. Bathroom was clean and had a bathtub, total bonus!!!!! Lighting in the room could be better, dark in some areas. Hangars provided, nice touch Having a tv, great bonus to watch the news and weather, and to relax with other programs The lock was difficult to open but door had a deadbolt. Room was quiet. Yes I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff at check was very friendly and polite. Hotel location close to the Ferry terminal was great. Unfortunately, being an older business it was clear the rooms are in need of care, basic updates, and proper cleaning. The smell upon entry was most noticeable and off putting. For 1 night as a budget stop over it will do but nothing more. I would not stay again.

Built into a hill, one side you walk to your suite, the other side you have stairs to climb. The area is not great. I was told by my step-mom that homeless people hang out in the schoolyard next door So not to leave anything in our car. The suite itself was noisy at night. People in other suites, the parking lot...

The hotel was clean, easy to get to after departing the ferry and convenient. The price was right for an over night stay to move onto our next destination

It was close to everything we needed to do. Being close to the ferry was nice. The area was quiet and we felt safe.

noisy dirty and inconvenient to get into

Clean , easy to access

We were attending a staff Christmas party at the Kin Hut at Departure Bay and this was the closest hotel. Its not fancy, but its clean and not expensive. The area is safe and staff were nice. We'd stay again.

Reasonable pricing. Clean room.

Bed was ok and clean. Room was in need of deep clean on walls and radiator gross. Some nefarious folks lurking about the building. Garbage bin overflowing big time. I will never stay here again
