Depending on the time of day (or early morning), certain public spaces can feel a little unsafe. An early trip to the airport the last two stays meant encountering drunks in the elevators and the lobby, as well as people throwing up in the parking lot as they came home from a long night out. Some public spaces needed maintenance or cleaning, but especially for the price, the size of the accommodations and the proximity to GlenEagles, I would highly recommend it.

I could hear the bugs at night beneath the kitchen cabinets. The hot pot did not work. The refrigerator smelled bad. The bathroom sink drain leaked, and the fan grinded metal when first being turned on and when it slowed down when being turned off (but was otherwise nice and quiet). And yet, it really was a good value as long as you aren't expecting perfect. I should have asked about a new room as soon as two or more of these things became apparent, but I was too busy.

Not one insect but multiple in the room. Stain on wall and room with musty smell.

After all, I spent 20 days there. The place is also good, but it's about the staff. They are very supportive and always give you the best services in cleaning. If you want the same room again and again without checking out, it's the best place to live when you plan to visit Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend as an Indian.

They always arrange what I need

Took so long waited for lift. No a/c when waiting except G floor. Bathroom not so clean. Its very wet when i checked in. Thank you

Waiting at the lift took tooooo longgg if you don't mind waiting 10-15min at the lift that's okay

The condition of the room is quite good, especially since I got it on the 8th floor, I'm really grateful. The toiletries are complete, even though there are only 2 towels.

Okay, it's clean and comfortable, it's a place where all tourists stay, but if you go to the central area, you have to pay toll again.

The room is not very clean because there is a little bit of a smell which is not pleasant and a little dusty. The mattress is not comfortable so you can't sleep very well.

I have been a regular customer every 6 months for check-ups at Gleneagles Hospital KL, and I always stay at Nue Suites, with easy access to everything.
