Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kimberly was a great hostess and ensured all our needs were met. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we enjoyed watching FIFA in the bar!

The staff member Rose was fantastic. She did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately there were many things that were not up to scratch. The internet was very unreliable, hot water was cold in the mornings. Soap and shampoo dispensers didn’t work. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our airport pick up was late, despite confirming multiple times that we would be picked up. I selected this property because it offered Airport pickups ($30USD) which is a service I value. When we landed, our e-sims didn’t work, so we felt stressed and stranded. Fortunately, a kind Taxi driver called the property for us and sorted us out. The price for our accommodations was low, I felt that the price was fair for the offering. They were very spartan. The bed was large and comfortable, however the AC was very loud and blew directly on the bed - making it difficult to sleep. The restaurant is very basic and since we were not told to pre-order our meal before our arrival (I had mentioned that we would like to eat at the property) we had to wait 2 hours between ordering and eating- so make sure to order ahead. Before arriving at Bhejane, we had planned to return there after going out for a few days safari but decided that based on our one night, we would be better to spend more and stay elsewhere. On the positive side, it was clean, Rose was helpful, there was hot water and the wifi worked well.

We loved how we were treated. Rose, Charmaine, and Eric are precious jewels for Bhejane Lodge. It's because of people like them that we will always hold Zimbabwe dear in our hearts and tell everyone about it.

The place was awesome. The people were even better. It is located in a nice quiet area with a short walk into town or you can get a shuttle. We had early morning excursions and they accommodated our schedule with breakfast when we needed it. The place is super clean. They are always cleaning something. We especially like the front desk staff Charmine and driver Eric. But everyone we met was super friendly and nice. It was also great to have some English channels on TV.

The room was spotless and the shower hot and fast. Staff especially good - could not have been more helpful. Rose, the manager, and Eric the taxi/courier were amazing. 12m pool was clean and we had great swims and sunbathing in and around. Garfens really neat. Staff could not have been more accommodating.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing.

The lodging was comfortable and clean. Nothing ornate but perfect for restful nights after active days. The breakfast was very good. The best part was the staff, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

I found some of the staff to be ambivalent and generally not helpful. Internet is sketchy at its best, and frequently not available. Room temp was 33C upon arrival. Room in good condition but pretty tight; bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. I probably would not stay here again.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Everybody from the front desk to the dining staff to the cleaning staff everybody was wonderful…..extra thanks to Charmaine and Smally for organizing various excursions and for Wayne and her mother with the Spa and Erik for airport pick up and drop offs to the conference hotel. I hope to see you all again next year!
