It is kids and family friendly. Could not use the pool because of rain

The resort is pretty , with lots of well maintained tropical plants, with just small number of mosquitoes. Lots of activities available. Food is very good. Checking checkout process was easy. Communicating with front desk was easy. Service is prompt and responsive. Only point to improve I would say is to make sure extras like lunch usage to be more easily electronically tracked and not lead to confusion by use only of paper tick marks etc.

The overall atmosphere was nice, but cleanliness was not that good and welcoming was so terrible. We where waiting for an hour outside the gate before checking in and the next day while retuning from our visit nearby the security dint allow us inside! We were waiting for half an hour outside for entering our room while checked in already! Do not worth the money!

Decent surroundings and 10-12 different set of adventure activites. Food was okay but limited options. Issue with clean Pool and Jacuzzi.

Close to nature and scenic place.
